CARE-ABILITY

Giving migrant women the tools to succeed

CARE-ABILITY gives migrant women the chance to build new skills and access careers in the social and healthcare sectors. The project responds to Europe’s growing need for skilled caregivers while supporting women who often remain unseen within education and employment systems. It creates fair opportunities, strengthens community inclusion, and helps build a more socially supportive future.

Aim

CARE-ABILITY aims to empower migrant women by providing accessible vocational training, recognised micro-credentials, and personalised learning experiences.
The project strengthens their employability, supports social inclusion, and builds bridges between education, the labour market, and the care sector.
