The CARE-ABILITY project is designed to help migrant women overcome barriers to employment by offering accessible, innovative training in the socio-healthcare sector. Key Features of CARE-ABILITY 

The project provides a comprehensive learning experience through a series of innovative digital tools: 

• Training Programme: A modular learning path combining digital content and real-world skills, designed for both learners and trainers. 
• AI Self-Assessment Tool: This tool allows users to evaluate their skills and identify areas for improvement, offering a personalised training plan. 
• AI-Driven Gamified Learning Tool: Making learning interactive and engaging, this tool uses gamification to enhance the learning experience and increase motivation. 
• Best Practices Handbook: A digital guide that showcases successful training methods and strategies to support migrant women’s integration into the care sector.

The project reaches out to migrant women with informal caregiving experience, low-skilled workers, and those facing language or certification barriers. It also benefits vocational education and training (VET) institutions, healthcare employers, and policymakers by providing an inclusive model for vocational education that is aligned with the needs of the socio-healthcare sector.
