About

CARE-ABILITY supports migrant women who want to build a meaningful career in the social and healthcare sectors. Many women have skills, motivation, and real-life experience, but face obstacles such as limited access to training, lack of recognised qualifications, or social barriers. The project responds to these challenges by offering flexible, inclusive, and practical vocational training that turns existing competences into recognised micro-credentials.

The project introduces a new way of learning, using AI-driven tools, gamified digital content, and self-paced training modules. This approach makes learning more accessible and user-friendly, while helping women develop the confidence and professional skills needed for stable employment in caregiving roles across Europe.

Aim

CARE-ABILITY aims to enhance employability and promote social inclusion for migrant women by providing innovative vocational training in the socio-healthcare sector. The project combines digital learning, personalised support, and recognised certification to help women enter or re-enter the labour market with dignity and equal opportunities.
